1. First interview
The first interview will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with the Chief Engineer and/or Chief Electrician, giving you the opportunity to learn more about the technical aspects of the role and life on board our vessels.

You will also complete an online assessment, which will take place either before or immediately after the first interview.

The second interview will take place at our office in Leiden, where you'll meet additional team members and get a better feel for our culture and working environment.
